What is a seat?
A seat is one active person who can sign in, or one automation or AI agent that acts in your account. Customers and contacts you keep records about are not seats, and neither are read-only guests.
Seats are counted every day. Each billing period is charged for the highest number of active seats counted in that period, so a seat added for part of the month is billed for that month.
Storage
Each customer includes the storage below. Most small teams never reach it. Only usage above it is charged, monthly, per store.

Payments
