Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of NexusOS (the "Service"), operated by Loyd Johnson Holdings, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service for an organization, you agree to them on that organization's behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

1. The Service

NexusOS is a hosted business platform that includes customer relationship, people and access management, bookkeeping, document and service-desk modules. We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Accounts and access

Your organization's administrators decide who has access and what they may do. You are responsible for the activity of the people and automations in your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@steadytechit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees and billing

Fees are described on our pricing page: per seat, per month or per year, plus storage above the included amounts. Each billing period is charged for the highest number of active seats counted during that period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Fees are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and back it up solely to provide and support the Service. Each customer's data is stored in databases dedicated to that customer. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to put the data you add into the Service, and for the accuracy of your own records, including your books.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to attempt to access another customer's data, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to build a competing product from it. We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.

7. Support access to your account

We do not have standing access to your data. If you ask for help that requires it, a tenant administrator requests time-limited access, we create a temporary support account, it ends automatically, and everything done with it is recorded in your audit log.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime.

9. Third-party services

The Service works with services you choose to connect, such as Microsoft 365, Stripe and bank connections. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend an account for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms, after notice where practical. After an account ends we will make your Customer Data available for export for 30 days on request, and then delete it, except where we must keep records by law.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. NexusOS is a business tool; it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify account administrators of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
