Cancellation & Refund Policy
Canceling
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@steadytechit.com from an administrator's address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are non-refundable once a period has started, except where we billed you in error. If we did, we will refund the difference.
Annual plans
If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment or of an annual renewal, we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable and your access continues to the end of the paid year.
Seats
Each billing period is charged for the highest number of active seats counted in that period. Removing a seat lowers the charge from the next period; it does not refund the current one.
Billing mistakes
If you think you were charged incorrectly, write to us within 60 days and we will review it and correct anything that is wrong.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Your data after canceling
See the Terms of Service: your data stays available for export for 30 days after the account ends, then is deleted.
